VIR-1388 HCMV-HIV Vaccine in Healthy Adults

Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial of VIR-1388 in human immunodeficiency virus infection (HIV) (4 arms), sponsored by National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. Primary endpoints: Incidence of unsolicited, treatment-emergent adverse events (TEAEs), serious adverse events (SAEs), new-onset chronic diseases (NOCDs) and medically attended adverse events (MAAEs) at 12 months and Incidence of solicited local site and systemic reactogenicity events at 14 days.
