Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial of liquid metformin (Aspargo Labs) in Atrial fibrillation (AFib) (2 arms), sponsored by Arab Contractors Medical Centre. Primary endpoint: Hospitalization due to an episodic AF or an AF with a rapid or slow ventricular response at 12 months. Planned start Jun 2024; status: not yet recruiting.
