Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of [18F]RoSMA-18-d6 in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Difference of [18F]RoSMA-18-d6 uptake in the brain and spinal cord between ALS patients and healthy subjects at Day 360. Planned start Aug 2023; status: not yet recruiting.
