Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of betamethasone dipropionate spray 0.05% in chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS), sponsored by Oticara. Primary endpoints: Change in 4-Cardinal Symptom score at 3 weeks and Change in Sino-Nasal Outcome Test-22 at 3 weeks. Started Aug 2023; status: recruiting.
