Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of autologous hematopoietic stem cells in hematologic malignancy, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and 2 more. Primary endpoints: Feasibility of collecting the target HSC cell dose at 10 days, Incidence, severity, and duration of Cytokine Release Syndrome at 60 days and 1 more.
