Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial of meropenem, ertapenem and amoxicillin + clavulanate in pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) (8 arms), sponsored by TASK Foundation. Primary endpoints: Early Bactericidal Activity by change in logCFU at 14 days and Early Bactericidal Activity by change in time-to-positivity at 14 days. Started Nov 2017; status: completed.
