Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial of autologous platelet rich gel in ulcerative colitis (UC) and solitary rectal ulcer syndrome (SRUS) (3 arms), sponsored by Xijing Hospital of Digestive Diseases. Primary endpoint: Endoscopic response rate of local treatment with autologous platelet-rich plasma gel at 14 weeks. Planned start Jul 2023; status: not yet recruiting.
