Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of eplerenone in chronic heart failure (CHF) (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Expression of Kv1.3 channel protein in Treg cells in circulating blood at 4 weeks, Levels of aldosterone in blood circulation at 4 weeks and 2 more. Planned start Sep 2023; status: not yet recruiting.
