Overview
Randomised, open-label trial of lansoprazole, amoxicillin, clarithromycin and metronidazole in Helicobacter pylori infection (3 arms). Primary endpoints: Percentage of persistently-infected teenagers which change UBT status from positive to negative at 1 month, Change in the percentage of persistently-infected adolescents which have 'gastric disease' and 1 more.
