Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in Antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody-associated vasculitis (AAV) comparing Pioglitazone (ACTOS®) with Placebo of pioglitazone (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Appearance of a success defined as Delta sCreat > 30% AND uPCR < 1g/mmol at 26 weeks. Started Oct 2023; status: recruiting.
