Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of pregabalin in myalgic encephalomyelitis chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS) and post-COVID-19 condition (PCC) (4 arms). Primary endpoints: Multidimensional Fatigue Inventory-20 at 6 months and 6 Minute Walking Test at 6 months. Started Oct 2023; status: terminated.
