Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of Ossium HPC Marrow in type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1D) (2 arms), sponsored by Stanford University. Primary endpoints: Occurrence of Grade 3 to 5 cytokine release syndrome / acute infusion reaction after Treg administration at 3 months, Occurrence of grade 4 or greater adverse events of islet transplantation at 2 years and 1 more.
