Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of abiraterone, enzalutamide, apalutamide and darolutamide in prostate cancer (PCa) (2 arms), sponsored by European Organisation for Research and Treatment of Cancer. Primary endpoints: Overall Survival at 10 years and Proportion of patients who do not restart their hormonal therapy at 1 year. Started May 2025; status: recruiting.
