Overview
Phase 3, open-label trial of NVX-CoV2601 + Matrix-M in coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) (2 cohorts), sponsored by Novavax. Primary endpoints: Pseudovirus neutralization (inhibitory dilution at a concentration of 50%; ID50) to the NVX-CoV2601 vaccine at Day 28 and Seroresponse Rates (SRRs) in ID50 titers at Day 28.
