Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) comparing Bicalutamide with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Change in liver stiffness on Magnetic Resonance Elastography (MRE) at 6 months. Started Feb 2024; status: recruiting.
