Overview
Phase 4, open-label trial of finasteride, dutasteride and degarelix in benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and prostate cancer (PCa) (2 arms), sponsored by Turku University Hospital. Primary endpoints: Gut microbiota signature before and after 5-ARI therapy at 2 months and Gut microbiota signature before and after ADT (LHRH antagonists) at 2 months.
