Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of paclitaxel, carboplatin and cetuximab in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) (3 arms), sponsored by University of Chicago. Primary endpoints: Percentage of participants that complete study treatment and provide all required research blood draws at 9 weeks and Determine if ctDNA levels is predicative of disease response at 9 weeks.
