Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial of dexamethasone in adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS) and neuromuscular scoliosis (2 arms), sponsored by Children's Hospital Los Angeles. Primary endpoints: Length of Stay up to 2 weeks and Post Operative Opioid Use up to 2 weeks. Planned start Nov 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
