Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in atopic dermatitis (AD) comparing MG-K10 with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Proportion of subjects achieving >= 75% improvement in Eczema Area and Severity Index at 16 weeks and Proportion of subjects achieving IGA score of 0/1 and >= 2 point decrease at 16 weeks.
