Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of docetaxel, oxaliplatin, folinic acid and fluorouracil in gastric adenocarcinoma and gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma (2 arms), sponsored by Ukrainian Society of Clinical Oncology. Primary endpoint: All 8 planned FLOT cycles tolerance rate at 12 weeks. Started Mar 2025; status: recruiting.
