Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial in palmoplantar psoriasis and genital psoriasis comparing Deucravacitinib with Placebo followed by Deucravacitinib (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Percentage of Participants Achieving Palmoplantar Psoriasis Area and Severity Index 75 Response at 16 weeks and Percentage of Participants Achieving Static Physician's Global Assessment of Genitalia Response at 16 weeks.
