Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial of infliximab in Crohn's disease (2 arms), sponsored by Asan Medical Center. Primary endpoints: Proportion of participants in clinical remission at 54 weeks and Change of the MAGNIFI-CD (Magnetic Resonance Novel Index for Fistula Imaging in Crohn's Disease) score at 54 weeks.
