Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of pentoxifylline, tocopherol and clodronate in osteoradionecrosis of the mandible (ORN) (2 arms), sponsored by Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. Primary endpoints: Recruitment and adherence to protocol (process) at 12 months and Feasibility (resource) - Cost at 12 months. Started Jan 2025; status: recruiting.
