Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial of belatacept and sirolimus in kidney transplantation (2 arms), sponsored by National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. Primary endpoint: Incidence of de novo Donor Specific Antibody (dnDSA) OR decline in estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) >7.5 mL/min/1.73m^2 at 96 weeks. Started May 2024; status: recruiting.
