Overview
Open-label trial of lacticaseibacillus casei AMBR2 in cystic fibrosis (CF) (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Microbial composition of saliva, throat and sputum samples using 16S rRNA sequencing at 52 weeks and Transfer of L. casei AMBR2 to the oropharyngeal cavity and lungs at 6 weeks.
