Overview
Phase 1, randomised trial in abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) comparing Evolocumab with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Interleukin-6 in myeloid derived monocytes/macrophages from AAA tissue at 5 weeks. Planned start Dec 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
