Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of ketamine in suicidal ideation and major depressive disorder (MDD). Primary endpoints: Incidence of Treatment-Emergent Adverse Events at 2 hours and Provider and Nursing Attitudes toward use of Ketamine for Suicidal Patients in the ED at 2 hours. Started May 2024; status: recruiting.
