Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of tocilizumab in thyroid associated ophthalmopathy (TAO), sponsored by Sun Yat-sen University. Primary endpoints: volume and signal intensity of each extraocular muscles and soft tissue in MRI images at 6 months, Clinical Activity Score at 6 months and 4 more. Planned start Sep 2023; status: withdrawn.
