Overview
Randomised, open-label trial of spironolactone, eplerenone, dapagliflozin and empagliflozin in heart failure (HF) and dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) (2 arms), sponsored by Imperial College London. Primary endpoints: Heart Failure Relapse assessed through left ventricular ejection fraction at 32 weeks, Heart Failure Relapse assessed through pro-BNP at 32 weeks and 2 more. Started Dec 2023; status: recruiting.
