Overview
Phase 2, open-label trial of hyperpolarized xenon gas in pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Change in defect + low percentage of RBC signal on hyperpolarized 129Xe MRI at 12 months, Frequency of Adverse Events and/or Serious Adverse Events at 12 months and 2 more. Started Aug 2024; status: recruiting.
