Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of Ketone monoester in heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF) and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), sponsored by UT Health San Antonio. Primary endpoints: Cardiac Efficiency after acute dose (Left-ventricular function) at 24 hours and Cardiac Efficiency after chronic dosing (Left-ventricular function) at 7 days.
