Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of olatorepatide in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) (6 arms), sponsored by Hansoh Pharmaceutical Group. Primary endpoints: Incidence of adverse event (AE), serious adverse event (SAE), AE leading to study discontinuation, AE severity and relation with study drug at Day 57, The number of participants with changes of laboratory tests blood routine, urine routine, blood biochemistry, coagulation function at Day 57 and 3 more.
