Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in Familial dysautonomia (FD) and dysautonomia comparing Sublingual dexmedetomidine with Matching Sublingual Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Percentage of patients with reduction of Autonomic crisis severity assessment scores (ACSAS) to <= 5 points at 2 hours, Percentage of patients with 25% reduction in blood pressure at 2 hours and 2 more.
