Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial of STSA-1301 in primary immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) (5 cohorts), sponsored by Staidson Biopharmaceutical. Primary endpoints: Number of treatment-related adverse events as assessed by CTCAE 5.0 at 50 days, Safety as measured by subject incidence of treatment-emergent clinically significant changes in clinical laboratory safety tests at 50 days and 6 more.
