Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of alpha2-antiplasmin monoclonal antibody in deep vein thrombosis (DVT) (3 arms), sponsored by Bayer. Primary endpoints: AUCn(6h-30d) of the ratio to baseline of clot burden and Number of participants with composite of major and clinically relevant non-major (CRNM) bleeding events.
