Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of VAX-31 in pneumococcal disease (4 arms), sponsored by Vaxcyte. Primary endpoints: Percentage of Subjects Reporting Solicited Local Reactions (Redness, Swelling, and Pain at Injection Site) at 7 days, Percentage of Subjects Reporting Solicited Systemic Events (Fever, Headache, Fatigue, Muscle Pain, and Joint Pain) at 7 days and 4 more.
