Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of tofacitinib oral solution in alopecia areata, sponsored by Services Institute of Medical Sciences. Primary endpoints: Proportion of patients achieving 50% reduction in Severity of Alopecia Tool (SALT) score at 24 weeks and Proportion of patients achieving 50% reduction in Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI) at 24 weeks.
