Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of Zoracopan in paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH), atypical hemolytic uremic syndrome (aHUS) and Complement 3 glomerulopathy (C3G) (2 arms), sponsored by Alexion Pharmaceuticals. Primary endpoints: Maximum Observed Plasma Concentration (Cmax) of Rosuvastatin at Day 12, Area Under the Plasma Concentration Versus Time Curve From Time 0 Extrapolated to Infinity (AUC0-inf) of Rosuvastatin at Day 12 and 2 more.
