Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of Zoracopan in paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH), atypical hemolytic uremic syndrome (aHUS) and Complement 3 glomerulopathy (C3G) (3 arms), sponsored by Alexion Pharmaceuticals. Primary endpoints: Maximum Observed Plasma Concentration (Cmax) of ALXN2080 at Day 24 and Area Under the Curve From Time 0 to the Time of Last Measurable Concentration of ALXN2080 at Day 24.
