Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in Alzheimer's disease (AD) comparing Lenalidomide Arm with Placebo Arm (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Effect of lenalidomide on inflammatory markers in CSF and blood at 26 weeks and Safety and toxicity of lenalidomide at 26 weeks. Planned start Jun 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
