Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial of Aleeto in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) (4 arms), sponsored by Beijing Tiantan Hospital. Primary endpoints: Adverse events and serious adverse events (SAEs) and Incidence of changes in clinical laboratory examination indicators, changes in vital signs, abnormal neurological examination and abnormal electrocardiogram. Planned start Dec 2023; status: not yet recruiting.
