Overview
Phase 3, open-label trial of brentuximab vedotin in Hodgkin lymphoma (HL), T-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma, cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL) and 1 more (2 cohorts), sponsored by University Medical Center Groningen. Primary endpoints: Optimized 89Zr-brentuximab imaging protocol for visualisation of CD30 distribution by PET-scan at 2 years, Safety profile of the 89Zr-brentuximab tracer at 2 years and 1 more.
