Overview
Open-label, single-arm trial of tofacitinib oral solution in prurigo nodularis (PN), sponsored by Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine. Primary endpoints: Investigator's Global Assessment at 12 weeks, Prurigo Activity Score at 12 weeks and 5 more. Planned start May 2024; status: not yet recruiting.
