Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of XZ120 in advanced malignant solid tumor, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and breast cancer, sponsored by Shandong New Time Pharmaceutical. Primary endpoints: Incidence of XZ120 treatment-emergent adverse events and Maximum tolerated dose and/or recommended phase II dose of XZ120. Planned start Feb 2024; status: not yet recruiting.
