Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of INS19 in B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL), sponsored by Immunochina Pharmaceuticals. Primary endpoints: Incidence of Treatment Related adverse events at 28 days and Persistence of CAR-T cells at 24 weeks. Planned start Jan 2024; status: not yet recruiting.
