Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of TCR-1672 in refractory chronic cough (RCC) (3 cohorts), sponsored by Beijing Tide Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Primary endpoints: Efficacy Endpoint (24-hour Cough Frequency) at 1 week and Safety Endpoints at 4 weeks. Planned start Feb 2024; status: not yet recruiting.
