Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of PCX12 in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PDAC). Primary endpoints: Incidence of Treatment-Emergent Adverse Events at 3 years and Maximum tolerable dose at 3 years. Planned start Dec 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
