Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of aprepitant in chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (CINV) (2 arms), sponsored by The Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University. Primary endpoints: Peak Plasma Concentration at 72 hours, Area under the plasma concentration versus time curve from time 0 to time t at 72 hours and 1 more.
