Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of anti-CD19 CAR-T cells in acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) and 2 more, sponsored by University of Utah. Primary endpoint: Production feasibility and incidence of >= grade 3 non-hematological CAR-T related toxicities at 28 days. Started Feb 2024; status: recruiting.
