Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of alfuzosin in benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) (2 arms), sponsored by International Bio Service. Primary endpoints: Plasma Area Under the Curve (AUC(0 to 48hr)) and Peak Plasma Concentration at 48 hours. Planned start Mar 2024; status: not yet recruiting.
